Deborah Harris

Deborah serves as the Assistant Director the VUnited Scholars Program at Villanova University, where she provides student and career support for neurodiverse students. With extensive experience as a licensed occupational therapist, Deborah has worked nationally and internationally to improve accessibility and support services for underserved communities. She is also co-founder of the VUnited Inclusive Professionals Network, a community dedicated to creating meaningful career pathways and expanding neuro-inclusive employment opportunities. Deborah is deeply passionate about driving systemic change and advancing workplace culture to strengthen access and inclusion.
