Gloria Mendoza

Gloria is an Associate Project Manager at SAP North America, in Newtown Square. She came into the company via the Autism at Work Program @ SAP where leadership there saw her difference as a strength instead of a weakness. Before working at SAP, she graduated from Gettysburg College with a double major in Computer Science and music. Throughout her life, Gloria faced many obstacles as a person on the autism spectrum, but despite all these challenges she is breaking down barriers as a successful individual. Gloria won the Autism Spectrum Award via the Els for Autism Foundation in 2016 and has been involved in several speaking engagements regarding the topic of ASD both in and out of work. These include, speaking about the topic in internal conferences, such as the SAP CEO Summit. Aside from doing well at work, her hidden talent is singing. She sings at her local church every Saturday. In 2019, Gloria sang the National Anthem at the Eagles vs Giants game in December 2019. In her spare time, she likes to play Nintendo games and spend time with her family which very recently includes a beautiful white cat named Angel.
