  1. Julie Ortlieb is a Lead Project Consultant in the Office of Professional Learning at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. She delivers professional development and consults with educators on initiatives relating to Literacy, Special Education, Inclusive Practices, and Computer Science. Her previous work includes her experiences as a Learning Support Teacher, Inclusion Facilitator, and a Multiple Disabilities Support Teacher.
  2. Julie also serves as an adjunct professor at Villanova University in the VUnited Scholars Program, a residential certificate program for adults with disabilities. She introduced the first computer science elective course to the program this year.
