Kritika Jain is the host of Season 2 of the Girls Into VC podcast, on which she has interviewed over 20 trailblazing women in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and advocacy. She is dedicated to advancing Girls Into VC's mission of creating a pipeline of talented and motivated young women equipped to break into venture capital through educational resources and mentorship. She has leveraged her experience as a Payments Innovation Analyst at Bank of America and passion for empowering women to succeed in male-dominated fields to educate Girls Into VC listeners about the tech startup/VC ecosystem and industry trends. In the future, she aspires to become a VC investor, focusing on female-founded fintechs and startups that promote financial literacy. Kritika graduated from the Villanova School of Business in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Analytics.
