Peg Monaghan
- Peg Monaghan is the Associate Director for the Center for Autism and Neurodiversity (CAN) at Drexel University. She focuses on internship and early career opportunities for neurodivergent students and alums. She supports CAN students as they find, get and keep their required co-ops and first career roles. In her previous role, Peg was the US Program Manager for the SAP Autism at Work program, pioneering the inclusion of neurodiversity in the workplace since the start of the Autism at Work movement as a mentor to the employees into the pilot of the program. She is a founder of the Neurodiversity Employment Network (NEN) in the Philadelphia area networking to connect job seekers, employers, educators and service providers to enable job seekers to find meaningful employment. Peg holds an MBA from LaSalle University and MS from Brandeis University.
