Betsy De La Cruz

Betsy De La Cruz was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. As a first-generation out-of-state student, she attended Villanova from 2015-2019 and graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science. She is currently working at Vanguard as an Application Engineer within the Enterprise Advice sector developing backend APIs for the cloud-based advice platform. Outside of work, she volunteers at CCATE (Centro de Cultura Arte y Trabajo) in Norristown teaching various STEM-related after-school programs to the Hispanic community. She also enjoys boxing and spending time with her Shih Tzu and bichon dogs, Motly and Mickey.
