​Our annual VU Women in Tech Conference took place on Saturday, February 1, 2020. We celebrate our 5th anniversary by exploring the progress made in the last 5 years and challenging ourselves to push more limits in next 5 years. The day kicked off with insight and inspiration from alumnae Nance Dicciani. Dicciani told of her incredible experiences as an engineer and now a tech entrepreneur. Luncheon keynote Virginia Eubanks shared stories where automation has negatively impacted those most marginalized and challenged us as technologist to work towards a more equitable tomorrow.
