Clare McGrory
Clare McGrory is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Atairos and has served in this capacity since the formation of Atairos in January 2016. Atairos is an independent private company focused on supporting growth-oriented businesses across a wide range of industries.
Ms. McGrory joined Atairos from Sunoco, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In those roles, she had responsibility for investor relations, business strategy, treasury and capital markets activities, accounting, SEC and external reporting, and internal audit, among other oversight responsibilities.
Prior to joining Sunoco, Ms. McGrory worked for Verticalnet, Inc. as Assistant Controller, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, during which time she earned her CPA license.
She serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia (BGCP).
Ms. McGrory earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova’s Executive MBA Program and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
