Our original plans for a hybrid conference with both in-person and virtual attendees quickly changed as weather forecasts predicted over 7 inches of snow. Despite the largest area one day snowfall total in 6 years, all attendees were able to join us virtually from the comfort, warmth, and safety of their home in time to hear our morning Keynote, Special Agent Jessica Nye. Nye shared her passion and journey from Villanova to the FBI and her experience working cyber-related matters such as computer intrusion, intellectual property rights, economic espionage, and other investigative work.

The day continued with 3 sponsored tracks highlighting Quantum Computing, Quantum Changes and Quantum Journeys in Tech. Six breakout sessions with 12 dynamic speakers that are truly leaders and experts in their field, motivated our audience to consider the future of emerging technology and how they can contribute to the tech community.

We concluded the day with an interactive and high energy Keynote session featuring Jessica Pointing. In easy-to-understand terms she discussed how quantum computing works. She created much excitement by explaining how we can expect the technology to change our future and disrupt various industries from artificial intelligence and medicine to logistics and finance.
