Eloise N. Young

Eloise N. Young was named Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Information Services in April 2016 after serving as the Chief Information Officer of the Philadelphia Gas Works for nine years. In her current role Young is responsible for  technology, strategic planning, program management, and business process optimization across the enterprise. She became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in January 2018.  A native Philadelphian, Eloise is a 2017 Citizens Planning Institute graduate who loves her city and enjoys doing volunteer work for area community groups.
