Erica D. Howard
Erica is a 2021 graduate of the College of Professional Studies earning a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Information Systems and a recipient of the 2021 Medallion of Academic Excellence. Erica holds professional credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and SAFe Agilist. She has also received training in Prosci Change Management, Business Process Modeling, and ITIL Service Management.
Erica is an Enterprise Vendor Relationship Manager with a global healthcare services organization where she oversees print & logistics operations which includes managing key strategic relationships, strategy implementation, vendor performance, fiscal oversight, and diversity spend. Prior to her current role, Erica spent several years with Sungard Availability Systems as a Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager. Her responsibilities included onboarding Managed IT Services clients, supporting Disaster Recovery testing, and developing client specific Business Continuity Plans.
