Karin Risi

Karin is the Managing Director of Vanguard's Retail Investor Group, which serves nearly eight million individual clients who invest $1.7 trillion in assets with Vanguard. Since joining the firm in 1997, she has held various leadership roles within the company's Corporate, Institutional, and Retail divisions, including Vanguard Personal Advisor Services(r). Prior to joining Vanguard, Karin was an investor relations analyst with Sunoco, Inc. Outside of work, Karin serves on the board of trustees for VanguardCharitable, a leading donor advised fund. She also serves as Board Chair for Unite for HER, a nonprofit organization supporting breast cancer patients and their families. Karin earned her undergraduate in Finance as well as her M.B.A. from Villanova.
