Pamela Roselyn Linares
Born in La Paz, Bolivia and raised in North Philadelphia, Pamela Roselyn Linares grew up as an undocumented immigrant overcoming many obstacles to live out her dreams. Pamela has had a successful career in technology for the past 8 years at Vanguard in Malvern, PA, holding many roles in technology and leadership. She started as a systems tester, went on to be a front end and mid-tier developer, and then a project manager/scrum master. Today, Pamela serves as a team manager, in a dual role. She is a project manager/scrum master, and also a people leader for up to ten team members. Pamela is excited to share her experiences with you, in hopes it will motivate women from various backgrounds to continue pursuing their dreams
